Brief Company Background
After founding his own leisure marketing company in 1989, growing the business to capacity and looking for a new challenge, Andy Stalsberg got together with Steven Hester and setup Eazy Collect in November 2002. The partnership has flourished ever since as turnover and profit growth has continued to increase each year.
With an initial client base primarily in the leisure sector focused on membership subscription collections, we now serve a large variety of industry sectors including charities, utilities, health & leisure, property, web hosting, service contracts and insurance to name just a few. We cater for business start-ups, established corporates and national Plc’s. Sodexo Holdings, Land Rover, Pfizers & MSK Media are a few of the blue chips on our client base.
All clients now benefit from our payment processing expertise and the many years of significant investment in software development. Provided as standard, clients receive our industry leading Eazy Customer Manager web based direct debit management system to process their customer payments. As we continue to experience exceptional growth each and every month, on behalf of our clients we now process some 262,000 direct debit transactions totalling in excess of £9.4m each month.
With our bank acquirer and merchant partner relationships, our card processing business exceeds £900,000 and continues to grow as more and more businesses understand the benefits of offering multiple payment solutions to their prospective customers.
Our Company Philosophy
We raise the bar when it comes to compliance and customer service provision. We are currently registered under The Data Protection Act (Z7587599) and maintain a Consumer Credit Licence (530309) issued by The Office of Fair Trading. We also satisfy statutory level Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS) compliance, and as a BACS Approved Bureau (B21006) maintain the highest accreditation standing in the industry.
Eazy Collect have assembled a team of experts and account handling staff to cover all of our client requirements and to ensure that payment collections run smoothly and efficiently across our suite of payment solutions. The payment processing industry is heavily monitored so staff training is conducted at regular intervals to maintain the highest levels of compliance. With massive investment over the past two years in our I.T. infrastructure, Linux platform and secure hosting at ISO 27001 Financial Services Level Three, Eazy Collect are well positioned to handle the payment processing needs of any business or organisation.
We manage several of our own in-house Service User Numbers (SUN) along with the processing and submitting of direct debits using our BACS Approved Bureau for many of our clients who already have their own SUN. Clients are protected by a £1m policy of Professional Indemnity Insurance with Hiscox and a Guarantee Bond is in place with our sponsoring bank, Barclays Plc, to satisfy The Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme and cover every eventuality for complete peace of mind.
