If your own internal direct debit solution or Bacstel IP software systems go down or you have a critical personnel issue with an essential deadline to meet, our secure backup solution is there to solve your problem.  During normal business hours and consistent with BACS cutoff times and DD Scheme Rules, we will make sure your files are submitted same day if at all possible.
