Eazy Collect, together with our dedicated software partner, Direct Debit Limited, are able to provide your business with the best of both worlds - in-house Bacstel-IP install together with Eazy Collects expertise, secure server storage (if required) and front line support. We also provide two budget cost plans to help spread-out your investment. Disaster recovery, contingency arrangements and backup are all part of the package.

Companies will be required to have the security, I.T. systems, expertise and resources to manage a Bacstel-IP solution. Accessible via our secure web platform or PC client log-in, ECM Payment Pro can support direct debits and credits, SEPA debits and credits, Faster Payments and even support debit and credit card processing all in a single user interface. Security protocol, access control and audit trails are all standard. It's built for flexibility and efficiency and includes automated electronic BACS messaging, convenient import facilities, payment reconciliation and a range of reporting tools. ECM Payment Pro takes care of all the red tape - BACS, Direct Debits, Faster Payments and SEPA Scheme Rules are all covered.
