Eazy (Client SUN) Service - The Corporate Solution using our BACS Approved Bureau

For those businesses who have single or multiple SUN requirements, outsourcing your final BACS submissions to us through our well established bureau will achieve cost and time savings.

Existing Bacstel-IP users will find that it's a better use of your resources to move to our fully paperless and AUDDIS ready system without having the need to purchase new expensive software (or those ongoing licence fees!).  You will no longer need to worry about incorporating new changes to maintain compliance with DD Scheme Rules and BACS.  We can accept your data via our secure ftp platform in any of the standard file formats that your billing and admin software produces and do what is necessary to submit onwards to BACS. Alternatively, many clients simply use our industry leading Eazy Customer Manager (ECM) web based facility to setup, manage and submit payments to our bureau and we do the rest.

Our service will be customised to your requirements and whether you wish to send your DD Advance Notice or Amendment letters out yourself or have us do it for you, either way is fine by us.  Our Eazy Customer Manager system is transparent and fully documented with detailed audit trail for your assurances.  You'll still have full access to BACS electronic messaging and will be kept up date through the normal range of BACS reports.
