Depending on the type of customer contract, our collection rates range between 94% for difficult consumer credit agreements such as health clubs to nearly 100% for standard payment processing and management accounts.  Moreover, in comparison to the competition and/or operating the direct debit scheme in house with your own bank, we believe we offer our clients a number of advantages in terms of our "complete service" philosophy and immediate response capabilities when you pass your collection management onto us.

Our charges can either be invoiced annually and collected directly from your customers' first direct debit, or alternatively deducted on a monthly basis only when customer payments are actually received.
