Online Via Secure Portal
This is a secure website where you login to access your account in a similar way to your online banking.
Once logged in you can add and amend customer details, payment schedules and amounts.
You will have access to detailed reports showing you who has paid, who's in arrears and what payments are due. All reports can be exported to a spreadsheet or produced into a PDF report.
You'll receive instant notification of failed payments via email, so you can take prompt action, though the very fact you're using Direct Debit means there'll be far less failed payments. In fact, our Direct Debit payments average a 98% payment success rate on-time.

Accept Direct Debit Payments via Website
People of all ages are now increasingly accustomed to paying for products and services online.
As companies increasingly adopt digital strategies as part of their sales, the ability to get paid online, even if your product or service is not online is still very attractive.
The benefit of taking recurring online payments is that there is reduced admin overhead in setting up and taking payments and it makes it easier and more convenient for your customers to pay. There's no paperwork to be completed and it's almost a set-and-forget option.
People are used to making card payments online and now setting up direct debits online is just as easy. Just enter your bank details instead of your card details.
It's just as secure as taking card payments with bank-grade security all-round.
It's cheaper than card payment and far better for long-term customer retention as there are no expiry dates to worry about.

Add a Direct Debit Over the Phone
Whether it's a single phone call or a whole call centre signing up customers, we can provide you with the necessary logins to support your team.
Staff will simply login to the cloud portal and enter details directly into the system whilst on the phone to the customer.
We'll provide you with the BACS compliant telephone script so your sales staff read the mandatory text as part of the sales process.
Our system can also send out the advance notice letter via post on your letter-headed paper or via a customised email.

Setup Direct Debit via Mobile App
Perfect for face-to-face sales, our Mobile App allows you to sign-up customers quickly, without any paperwork whatsoever.
Once securely logged into the App, you will fill-in a simple form to add your customer and payment details. The systems will then send any advanced notice letter via email or letter automatically.
The direct debit will be setup and payments scheduled. You can relax, knowing that your payments will be requested and will land in your account on time.

Add Direct Debits With Your Tablet
Like the Mobile App, the Tablet is perfect for face-to-face sales.
It's a breeze to fill-in a simple form to capture your customer's payment details and set-up their direct debit instantly.
There's no paperwork needed and the system will automatically send your customer the mandatory advance notice letter by email or letter as you wish.

Direct Debit via Your Own Systems
If you have your own CRM, billing or business systems. that capture all the necessary customer, bank and payment details, then you can still send the direct debit via Eazy Collect using our API.
The API will allow you to setup/amend/cancel and reconcile direct debits, together with complex reporting facilities without having to change your existing systems.
Using the API to send direct debit instructions and payment details for us to process, means you don't need to install BACS compliant hardware and software or incur the maintenance costs and security headaches that come with it.

File Upload Your Direct Debits
If you wish to bulk upload customer details or if your existing system cannot support an API connection, then you can upload a spreadsheet in CSV format.
This uploads customer, bank and payment schedules in one go for thousands of customers at a time if you wish.
It's a big time and money saver as no changes are required to your existing systems. All you need to do is login to our Direct Debit system and upload and submit your file.

Use Paper Forms to Add a Direct Debit
Whilst paper forms are less common these days, some companies still find it suits their sales process, either for postal sales or face-to-face sales and particularly where customers are not tech-savvy.
We can provide you with branded mandates for you to print off, or we can supply them in carbonless copy paper where you can keep several copies for different departments and one for your customer.
Data from the forms can then be entered into the system via the cloud portal. Your staff can have individual logins so there's a complete audit trail.
